Quick Post Offesne Basketball Play

The play should be executed in the first 10 seconds or less of the offense. Setting good screens is a must. What we want to do with this play is to get the big man on in the post to play 1v1 against the 4 or be open alone under the basket.

When Player 1 is on half court you should have players already in a box position. The 4 should imbound the ball.  4 and 5 set down screens for 2 and 3. Player 1 dribbles the ball up and passes to the opposite side of where Play 5 is(in this diagram to player 3).

Player 4 than sets a screen in the post for player 5.  5 uses the screen and gets a pass from player 3, while player 4 gets open towards the free throw. Player 2 moves to the corner.
