Player 1 is the inbounder. Player 4 and 5 set screens for player 3 (Iverson Entry) who goes to the wing. Player 2 clears to the opposite corner. Player 1 passes to player 3 for an open 3 point shoot(First option).
Player 4 and 5 set an elevator screen for player 2, who gets open to the top of the key. Player 3 passes to player 2 (Who if open can shoot, Second Option).
Player 4 and 5 set a double stagger for player 1. Player 1 gets open to the wing, and recieves a pass from player 2 for an open 3 point shot(Thrid Option).
