Player 1 goes for a DHO with player 2 at the wing. Player 4 sets/or doesnt(can be ghost or just 1 can go for dho without help) set a screen for player 1.
Player 2 dribbles and uses a screen from 4 to get open at the middle while player 5 sets a downscreen for palyer 3.
Player 2 passes the ball to 4, player 1 sets a cross screen for 5. Player 4 hits player 5 in the low post.
