Player 1 drives the ball to the wings. Players 4 and 5, set high screens for 2 and 3. Player 3 gets open on the ball side wing. Player 2 gets open on the opposite wing. Player 4 cuts to the ball side corner. Player 1 passes the ball to player 3.
Player 3 drives to the opposite wing and hands off the ball to player 2.
Player 1 does a shallow cut, player 5 sets a screen for player 2 and rolls to the basket. Player 2 has the option to score from a layup or pass to player 5.
