1v1 Rebounding drill. The coach has the ball we start off the offensive player(Player 1) form the elbow, while the defender (Triangle Player 1) in front of him.
Rules:
*Defense gets the ball 0 Points.
*Offense gets the ball, we play live and if the player scores it is 1 point.
*We play until 3-5 or X points.
Coaching Point: Focus on a good box out before you focus on the offensive rebound. We need strong competition or else it will be helpful only when we play weak teams.

Currently working on getting my FIBA coaching license, while I am in possession of a Serbian Blue Coaching License and a Romanian "A" Coaching license.
