Player 1 is with the basketball, player 3 and 5 switch places. Player 4 goes to the wing, play 2 goes towards the corner and moves with the ball. Player 5 than sets the screen for player 1 and rolls.
Player 5 rolls to the basket, player one drives with the ball and passes to player 3, who passes to player 5 in the paint for an easy basket.
