Kansas Jayhawks use sometimes this play with Coach Hickey.
Player 3 uses a down screen from Player 4, gets open, and sets a ghost screen(Fake Screen) for Player 1. 4 goes to the corner, while one dribbles to the wing and passes to 3. Player 3 then passes the ball to 5 who posted up.
